Nurse with clinical specialization and national certification
in adult psychiatric/mental health nursing.
After a long and successful career as a
private therapist and holistic nurse in New York State,
Karen moved to Florida to be closer to her aging parents.
Once here she pursued a path to enhance her holistic nursing
career with the study of massage. Holistic nursing is the
art and science of healing, it addresses the whole person
- mind, body and spirit.
Karen studied nursing at Syracuse University
and earned her Masters degree in nursing at Russell Sage
College and her Massage Education at Traviss Career Center.
She has studied with the developers of both Therapeutic
Touch, Dr. Dolores Kreiger and Healing Touch, Janet Mentgen.
Karen is a Reiki Master/Teacher, Healing
Touch Practitioner, a part time instructor of massage at
Traviss.
She is a member of American Holistic Nurses
Association, National Association of Nurse Massage Therapists,
Florida State Massage Therapy Association, Sigma Theta Tau
Nursing Honorary and is a past president of The Albany Holistic
Nurses Society.
Karen specializes in Swedish Massage,
Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point
Therapy, Chair Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch,
Healing Touch, Thought Field Therapy, Neuromodulation Technique,
and Ionic Detoxification. |

Andrea was born and raised in upstate New York. She graduated from Bryant & Stratton Business Institute and obtained herAssociates Degree in business. In 1997 she moved to Florida where she met her husband.
Her interest in Massage came after her husband was seriously ill and was treated by an Acupuncturist. She saw how complimentary health treatments were beneficial to our bodies and was ready for a new career as a Massage Therapist. She graduated from Florida Metropolitan University in Massage Therapy.
Andrea is licensed in the state of Florida and is nationally certified. She specializes in the following modalities: Swedish Massage, Deep-tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage, Chair Massage, Hot-Stone Massage, Polarity, Reiki, Reflexology, Ionic Detoxification and Trigger Point Therapy.

Heather Stach

Heather was born and grew up in the Kenya Highlands of Africa where her
family had lived for generations. She went to college in London, England and
has worked as an Executive Assistant in England, South Africa, Dubai, Oman
and Sri Lanka as well as in the United States.
After moving to Florida with her husband, she changed careers to become a
Florida Licensed, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. Heather is a member
of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association.
Heather specializes in Reflexology. She has been certified since 2002 through the International Institute of Reflexology in the Ingham Method. Heather is also an ART (Advanced Reflexology Techniques) Specialist, having studied under Anthony Porter of England. |
